fix side-select bug in WDC FDC driver, was causing all reads to occur on side0... now the Loader boots!

- fix side-select bug in WDC FDC driver, was causing all reads to occur on side0... now the Loader boots!
Loader will boot, but immediately gives up on the floppy drive... Not sure why.
